01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 60winph platform (accessible at 60winph.org and any associated mobile-optimized versions thereof), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 60winph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 60winph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 60winph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 60winph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 60winph platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

60winph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 60winph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 60winph platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth
• A valid and active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the above details change. 60winph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

60winph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 60winph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and activities conducted through your 60winph account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified 60winph of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure set out below.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must:

1. Contact the 60winph support team immediately via live chat;
2. Change your password immediately if you retain access to your account;
3. Provide 60winph with all information reasonably requested to investigate the unauthorized access.

60winph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

05 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 60winph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 60winph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and UnionBank Online Banking.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your name;
• The funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal activity;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 60winph reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 60winph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the 60winph Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• 60winph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 10–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules.

60winph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

60winph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested;
• Time Limits: The period within which wagering requirements must be completed;
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely;
• Maximum Bet Limits: While playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet per round or spin may apply.

60winph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic play, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 60winph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 60winph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 60winph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface;
• For sports betting, 60winph reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes on any event at its sole discretion;
• Winnings will be credited to your 60winph account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

60winph strives to ensure the accuracy of all odds, game outcomes, and settlement results. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game settings, 60winph reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct terms.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 60winph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with sportsbook bets;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 60winph account.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 60winph platform — including but not limited to the 60winph brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 60winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 60winph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 60winph platform without prior written consent from 60winph.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 60winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any decision made by 60winph to void bets, suspend markets, or close accounts in accordance with these Terms.

60winph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 60winph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 60winph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

60winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR;
• Any other circumstance where 60winph determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

14 Amendments to These Terms

60winph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 60winph will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 60winph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 60winph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
